Development

PHP is our preferred language to work in because it is open source, and thus, enables us to provide more competitive prices to our clients. PHP has a rich library of online documentation, is very competent in doing everything needed on WEB and runs easily on any type of OS (Operating System) with a good WEB server, like Apache

Style sheets enables our clients to easily request aesthetical changes to their web sites, with fast turn-around times

We pride ourselves in writing clean, commented code for ease of reading and understanding. The reason for this is because, the source we develop belongs to our clients, so, what if they want to take ownership of it when employing and internal resource, or re-sell the system to one of their clients? It is thus very important for code to be clean and commented for these and other reasons

We charge R350 per hour for custom WEB development which includes complex systems with database back-end integration , SQL queries, input validation etc... We will follow the Systems Analysis and Design route for all custom developments

Templates

We provide a cost-effective, fast turn-around solution for clients whom wish not to pay thousands for a custom-built web-site , and requires a simple, static web site which looks good, and provides enough information to visitors in order to make a sale

This is our templating solution, where, we buy templates on behalf of our clients based on their needs and once approved by them, customize the templates to contain our client's graphics and information

We charge R890 for a template, plus R250 per page to customize. Please note that this excludes graphics design. The client can provide us with graphics, and we can replace the graphics on the templates with those provided by the client, or, we can also design the graphics for the client to provide a complete turn-key solution

What happens if you need to add unto your template, or start changing the web-site to have a database back-end integration etc? We are more than happy and capable to assist our clients with this. The standard development fee applies for this type of requirement

Graphics

Letter heads, company logo's, web-site graphics... we can provide our clients with all these and more. We create three graphic files from which a client can choose one (or all three for a small additional fee)

Letter heads are charged at R750 and company logo's are charged at R1500. Web graphics form part of the web development cycle and will be charged at the standard development fee
