Overview

Who can afford spending thousands on the analysis, design and development of projects, just so that they fail in ruins? We provide professional Project Management services which will ensure that your projects are delivered on time, within budget and as expected

We base our PM (Project Management) on the PMBOK (Project Management Body Of Knowledge) methodology to ensure that your project achieves the success it was meant for

Taking Ownership

Bring us the specification we, or someone else have developed for you, and we will take ownership of the project. Starting from the beginning to the end, we will make sure that your project is properly carried out, taking off the stress and load you can probably do without

UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Before the project kicks off, we can either use the UAT document provided by you, or, develop one. A UAT document measures the testing of the project against the written and signed-off specification to ensure that all areas of the project are properly tested, before it is released for UAT

This process basically ensures that, what was written within the specification, was met in code

Management

Once we have taken ownership of the project, we will work out a plan with milestones and deliverables to measure project progress and success based on realistic resource and budget availability

We give feedback to our clients as the project progresses to make sure that all stakeholders are aware of what is to be expected, and where we are during the project development phase

Some clients prefer doing UAT themselves as the project progresses so that there are no miss-communications nor bad results when the project development reaches it's end. We agree with this approach and offer it, but it largely depends on the size of the project, whether or not this is necessary. Other clients prefer us to do everything; they just want to see the end-result. It really is up to our clients, we are flexible and willing to do whatever it takes, as long as our clients are satisfied at the end of the day

Finalization

Once the project development is completed and tested (based on UAT document), we hand the project over to our clients to do final UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and report bugs and problems that require attention before the launch of the product. Once the final development UAT is done, the project moves into the Integration phase

Integration

Integration basically means that b>we install the finished product on the system of our client. The client has the option to do this themselves, or, if it is part of the quote and within our expertise, we can do the integration for the client. Once the integration was done, the final UAT is done by both us and the client, to ensure that the system still does what it is expected to do. Once this is completed, the project is signed off and basically done. All that is left now, is Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

How many times have you encountered a product going through all the motions? Planning, documentation, UAT and then one day , someone draws a report, and it turns out that a crucial part of the data was incorrect for the past 12 months due to an error which slipped through causing you to incorrectly invoice your clients? Anyone which has had to do data recovery in the past can tell you that it is not fun and very expensive.

We help prevent these types of nasty surprises by doing Quality Assurance once the product is running live. We basically check and test the system daily, and also analyze the data of the database to make sure that it makes sense, in essence, that the data is authentic. This is done over a period of time, with daily reports given to our client with what was found, possible bug fixes etc, and once everyone is happy, we provide our client with a QA (Quality Assurance) sign-off so that everyone is satisfied with the system overall

Maintenance

Who maintains the system once it is completed? Who handles new systems requests, bug fixes, training, support etc? We can provide our clients with this service as well if it is required, basically making sure the system provides a maximum ROI (Return On Investment) by prolonging it's lifetime, with maintenance
