How many times have you encountered a product going through all the motions?
Planning, documentation, UAT and then
one day , someone draws a report, and it turns out that a crucial part of the data was incorrect for the past 12 months due
to an error which slipped through causing you to incorrectly invoice your clients?
Anyone which has had to do
data recovery in the past can tell you that it is not fun and very expensive.
We help prevent these types of nasty surprises by doing
Quality Assurance once the product is running live.
We basically
check and test the system daily, and also
analyze the data of the database to make sure that
it makes sense, in essence, that the
data is authentic.
This is done over a period of time, with
daily reports given to our client with what was found, possible bug fixes etc,
and once everyone is happy, we provide our client with a
QA (Quality Assurance) sign-off so that everyone is satisfied
with the system overall
